TRANSPORT FOR GAZA

Every Palestinian Matters

These London Underground posters are designed to keep Palestine in public view. Catching the tube back home after a demonstration, the question came about how to keep protesting and keep Palestine in the spotlight. Public transport connects all of London, so using this as an avenue for protest and publicising the genocide of Palestinians was the starting point of the project.

IKEA MANUAL
INSTRUCTIONS

In the spirit of doing it yourself, these handy manuals come with every poster donated.  Titled ‘The Awful Everyday’, they are designed to help people tackle the UK’s daily complicity, putting our public advertising space to good use.

POEMS ON THE UNDERGROUND

Following Israel’s murder of Palestinian poet and writer, Refaat Alareer, this project continued by introducing a takeover of Poems on the Underground. Israel’s murder of academics and destruction of educational institutions not only amounts to a genocide, but also to educide. These posters pay tribute to Refaat and also give a platform to his language of resistance, with his poem ‘If I must die’.
